Needed a second mount for my wife'r car when she needs to use the Nuvi 660 we have.Works great and is as good as the original mount that came with the Nuvi when I originally purchased it.The reason for the 4 stars is because over time, these mounts tend to lose their suction. Received item earlier than expected but that is what I have come to expect from Amazon.As far as the product; As advertised. be careful NOT to leave the mount in your vehicle for extended periods of time, especially in warmer weather/under direct sunlight since the coating on the suction cup will literally melt onto your windhsield and is next to impossible to remove the mount from your windshield without permanently damaging the cup.Overall nice product but will need to be replaced over time due to loss of suction power.
THE WINDSHELD IS FLAT AND COULD BE AN ADVANTAGE. I WOULD BUY IT AGAIN. THIS MOUNT WORKS VERY WELL IN MY JEEP WRANGLER. I LIKE THE POWER CORD ATTACHED TO THE MOUNT AS IT ALLOWS QUICK MOUNT DISMOUNT.
Had to order a raplacement for this since mine broke, but you have ot have it to attach to windshield.
I didn't request overnight shipping; however, the Adapter arrived at my country home Thursday evening. Planning to depart on our trip on Friday morning, I ordered the Garmin Suction Cup Mount with 12-Volt Adapter for the Nuvi 660 on Tuesday. Garmin Suction Cup Mount with 12-Volt Adapter for Nuvi 660 (010-10935-02) My Garmin Nuvi 660 is 2 years old and the aparatus used to hold the Nuvi to the ball on the suction cup mount broke. Last month we needed to use the Nuvi for a quickly planned 1,300 mile trip and not having a method of mounting it in the vehicle was a real problem. We went on our trip with no mapping problems thanks to your fabulous service.
Great Product, as good as the original. The only difference is that the plug in for the cord is longer than the origional so it sticks out a little futher.
